Q. What if I am not sure about the fabric colors?

A. Swatches are available for purchase. Monitors and editing styles vary. Mats are non-returnable and non-refundable (all sales are final). Therefore, if you are unsure, order a swatch or two.

Q. When will my swatches arrive?

A. Swatches will be shipped out within 2-3 business days via USPS.

Q. How long will it take for mat to ship?

A. Due to the custom made nature of the mats, please allow 3-4 weeks to ship. Some may ship sooner. For an up to date time frame, please fill out the contact form with your specific inquiry.

Q. Are tapers and concrete items returnable?

A. Tapers and concrete items are not returnable or refundable and all sales are final.

Q. What if my dish, tray or taper is broken upon arrival?

A. The most care is taken to pack your item in the box. However, if you find a broken piece please send an email to info@floretandfringe.com with a photo within 24 hours of it being delivered and help will be on the way with a replacement. If after that time frame, it will be assumed this was a result of user handling.

A. Mats are made to order and not returnable. All sales are final.

A. Mats can be stored in the tube it arrives in. Do not fold the mat. Remove excess water on an element before placing it on the fabric. If water does get on the mat, blot gently with a dry cloth and let dry completely before storing.

Q. How will my items be shipped?

A. All items will be shipped USPS. A tracking number will be available once shipped.
