Shipping policy

Lead Time:

Everything is made to order. The time between placing your order and the order shipping will vary between products and quantity ordered.

General lead times:

Concrete items - 5-6 days minimum

Styling Mats - ~1 week

Lost Packages:

Floret and Fringe, LLC is not liable for any packages lost during shipping. If you do not receive your package, please contact the shipment carrier you chose at checkout to file a claim.

International Shipping:

Including the United States, we also currently ship to the following countries: Canada and United Kingdom.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Floret and Fringe, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
